This costume comes with a shirt, top, arm circles and boot covers. The silver vinyl boot covers have black vinyl circles sewn on the edge and the cuff of the cover also has foam in it to keep it rigid. Elastic on the bottom of the shoe tops keep them tucked under your toddler's shoes. The The top cuff and collar are edged with silver and lightening bolt cut outs are sewn onto the chest of the shirt and thigh area on the pants. The shirt's collar velcros shut for closure and the pants have an elastic waistband for a comfortable fit. Slip the silver arm bands on around the shoulders to top the costume off. They snap on and off the costume for an easy wash and are filled with foam. The shirt and pants' seams are double stitched and the costume is made out of a black, spandex fabric.
